Bleating and babbling we fell on his neck with a scream.
Wave upon wave of demented avengers,
March cheerfully out of obscurity into the dream.

Occasionally glancing up through the rain
Wondering which of the buggers to blame
And watching for pigs on the wing
The only bad sounding stomp box is an unbuilt stomp box. ;-)

Beautiful tube design (as always) ! Did you use OHP transparancy film for the graphics?

Thanks! Yeah, OHP transparency.

That's a very nice pedal, love the eyes!

I don't know where i got it from, i found it maybe on the artist's page?

I think it was this one. I changed it to greyscale and then tinted it red and did a gradient to black to the sides.

The entries so far set the bar pretty high. Very impressed, fellas.

Tuckster, could you give a little more info on your finish? It appears to be copper clad, which you then etched and painted in some areas, but left the face translucent?

No, it means we all have to work harder and put out cameras to work because we've got 566 more pages to go. :icon_twisted:

Ahh I can be such a metalhead sometimes.

I've been waiting since well before the 666 competition to reply to this post from page 100. Good (or should it be bad in this case) luck to all competitors  :icon_evil: Looking good so far.

Here's my latest build. A variation of the 1978 IC Big Muff.

Some people say their pedals are wired point to point, you mean it. Very cool.

If it runs well and quiet then that's what counts.

Why not just use a dab of glue to hold the ICs upside down and combine dead bug, air board and 3D PTP at once.

Copper clad etched satan (http://deadmetalclothing.bigcartel.com/product/satan modified with inkscape). This guy is sick. He creates so many crazy pictures. I love his very brutal style:D
I used a permanent marker to paint the back and the PCB. The paint had to be removed behind the eyes because the light couldn't get through the black:D I also left the mouth clean but didn't put a LED beneath it. It would be to much.
To be honest, I wanted to illuminate every pot but I was in a hurry so only the volume pot is visible in the dark. i also wanted to illuminate the knobs but as mentioned before I was in a hurry (vacation) and I couldn't drill through the pot. ( some information about the illuminated knobs http://forum.musikding.de/vb/showthread.php?t=27525).
The yellow forehead is just a reflection.

Hello,
great "666"-Pedals, I especially like the "Page 666 Drive" - very clean and real evil lookin'  8)

Here's my TONE BENDER MKI-Clone activated,
where you can see the Fender-style pilot-light
with its integrated low-current-led, looks nice at lighting - I'm lucky  ;)

@igerup: Insane ptp-wiring . wow  :icon_eek:

Where are the "666-Pedals"? Two users only?

Greetings

If you think that wiring is insane, you should see my SLO-inspired 20 watter.  Actually, you shouldn't . It's a total mess.  ;D :icon_lol:  But it sounds good.

I am sorry I didn't manage to have an entry for the 666 contest, too busy @ work and then I feel summer is not the best season for soldering...

barbecue-ing is much better!

tuckster, that knob-led-thinghie is very cool! it would be great if lights were turning on according to the direction of the knob...

Ok evil evil people. this is my first entry. I'll be posting another one shortly...

Cannon. Based on the Viole(n)t Rams Head version of the Big Muff, Cannon has 4 x GT404B Russian Germanium transistors, and 4 x D18 Russian Germanium Diffusion Diodes. It's as loud and as angry as you would expect a germanium fueld, vintage based big muff to be. It's a little bigger than the size of a "Little Big Muff" or the current tone wicker model. And now it's got a bit more of a sinister look to it. ;)

As you can see from the guts, it's a big vero. It's wired on gold-plated vero, instead of the usual copper. It's party-piece is in the guts. I've heard of people "Floating" boards before, to avoid them grounding off the case. With this build, i wanted to try something else. So the board isn't floated, it's suspended.
