Is this schematic wrong?  http://www.diystompboxes.com/pedals/DallasRM2.jpg   Using a PNP transistor, shouldn't the + lead of the battery go to ground?

NPN can be used in this cct by reversing polarity on the (2) 25uf caps and the ps, correct?
