I don't know about pedals being available as spice schematics.
But if you have a good tutorial you can easily enter the schematics yourself and play around with them.
The only tricky thing may be finding the spice models for some components.
You may have to import models manually but it's probably covered in the tutorial too.

Google is your friend :-)

I don't know of any page with the models already prepared, but I sometimes do some simple pedals models in SPICE using SwitcherCAD/LTSpice. You can download it here http://www.linear.com/company/software.jsp. It has a funny feature that lets you input a Wav file as an input signal and get another Wav file with the output. It's not a reliable way to evaluate the sound quality of a circuit, but if you are doing some experiments it's good to get an idea of what the effect is doing.

By the way, here you can find a BigMuff Spice model: http://www.thundertomate.com/DIY/BMP81/BMP81.html#modelado

By the way, if you use LTSpice, I recommend you to go to this usergroup http://groups.yahoo.com/group/LTspice/. They have a model pack very complete with a bunch of component models already prepared for instalation.
