need help id'ing transistor

does anyone know what this transistor is the numbers on the case are m  0125 it is a TO5 type  transistor I tried  googleing it and I could only find it described as a fanuc transistor  but I don't know what that is

any help would be greatly appreciated

I suspect it is a power transistor, used to control electric motors.

it uses two of these
