microphonic parts

My BMP clone is microphonic, i'm thinking it might be my x-wing switch, but then i'm using several old PCB mounted trim pots, a RS slide switch, and then there's the components themselves.  Is a certain amount of microphonics going to be expected in a high gain pedal?  I'm thinking it's probably one of those switches myself.

I´m not sure but I remember reading somewhere that ceramic caps too can be made "microphonic" by serious overheating

I bet you it's the jacks,it drove me crazy with my Tube Screamer 'till I finally realized what it was.
