A great find - but I need some help to get started and to find missing SW

A friend of mine working at a bigger Danish company has been so kind to save two DSP kits for me - the company is cleaning out their older evaluation kits, and therefor my friend was able to get his hands on these kits.

The kits:
1 x TMS3200C54XX with a Ti TNX320VC5410PGE - board made by Spectrum Digital Inc.
1 x TMS3200C54XX with a Ti TNX320VC5416PGE - board made by Spectrum Digital Inc.

Other stuff:
1 x XDS510PP Plus JTAG Emulater - made by Spectrum Digital Inc.
1 x 5V Power supply
1 x parallel cable
1 x floppy disc with technical ref doc in pdf - dated 08 nov. 1999 - made by Spectrum Digital Inc.
1 x floppy disc with coding examples intended for demo - dated 28 oct. 1999 - made by Spectrum Digital Inc.
1 x paper with setup instructions - dated 26 jun. 2000 - made by Spectrum Digital Inc.

The setup paper describe setup instructions using Code Composer Compile Tools Rev. 1.20 for Win95, Win98 and Win NT.

My problem:
The paper with setup instructions referes to 2 different CD's which are missing.!!!

I have been searching the homepages of Spectrum Digital Inc. and been looking for some open source tools but so far without any luck.

The missing CD's are named in the setup paper:
Compile Tools CD: TMDS324L855-07
Spectrum Digital C54XX CD: 503128-6001 Rev D

Any help appriciated. :-)
