Amz Minibooster with Presence Control: where goes what?

A friend asked me to build him a booster. He got intrigued by the Fulltone Fat Boost, so I started off with the Minibooster using J201s which works just fine. The schematic is below.

But, now if I want to integrate the presence control v2 from Jack's site, where do I situate it?

Is in left or right or A or B. The accompanying text doesn't say, I'm sure it is somewhere. Sorry if this is a silly question. I tried putting it right before the volume control, supposing left to be input and right output, which didn't work. Then I switched the input with output, still nothing.

There should be an intelligent way about understanding this, no?
thanks

No one, really?  Or just a link about how to combine blocks in a effect would help as well...
I'm pretty sure it should go before the volume pot, as the whole effect, including the tone circuit, should be controllable in volume.

I took the new output on the tone pot

sorry for this blatant bump

It should have worked before the volume control, right after the .22µF, that's where I'd put it.

The schematic is here:

The tone control would be inserted between C3 and R6.

C3 goes to the left side of the tone control you show above and the volume control R6 connects to the tone pot.

thanks so much all,

will be revising the breadboard soon. at least happy i have a little intuive intelligence when it comes to electronics.
also curious what the reason for the NP 3.3µF cap is? i though cap from 1µF and higher were always polarized. I used polarized 1µF + 2.2µF in parallel.
