millenium bypass problem...

i built the millenium bypass 1 circuit but for some reason it wasn't getting grounded by the effect out put so it wouldn't turn off the led.... so right now i have the lug on my dpdt switch to a ground wire so it grounds out the millenium circuit turning off but this doesn't seem to be what it's supose to do.... and i think it might be making my true bypass non true bypass... my lugs are.... 1 effect in... 2 in 3 out and effect out 5 millenium 6 ground....

Ih ave now built 5 of these. i wire like this...

lugs I have used are...

1: to effect    2: from input   3: to output
4: to 3 then output   5: from effect   6: to mil by pass

lug 5 which comes from the effect should also have a 100k resistor that goes to earth also.
