Phaser Fleur or SH Echo? Impressions? Opinions?

Anyone build the Phaser Fleur (Commonsound)  or the  SH Echo (GGG) ?
Any advice or impressions or opinions are appreciated.
Wondering if either of these is worth the build.

the phaseur fleur is awesome, i've built like 4, the clips @ 4ms site are very accurate of this pedal, highly recommend it.
