TB Mutant try

I'm getting high collector voltages on Qs 2 and 3 ...like 9.44+ from a battery measureing 11.64v...
  should not the trimmers [on collectors] reduce this to about half battery V?
  I've been werking with this one but haven't got it yet..I've tried different tranny's [even turning them around 2N7000's gates are in the middle]...
  Does anyone have an Idea what's going on in my ckt...er any tips for what to check?

When I was messing with that, the resistance for Q2 was between 22K and 100K.  Q3 was between 5K and 10K usually.  Other than that, I'm not sure what else to add.  Sounds like a wiring problem.
