Another Book recommendation

I just got a second hand copy of "A practical introduction to Electronic circuits" by Martin Hartley Jones and I know someone was asking for good books a while back. I can't find the thread even after doing a search but this has a lot of info in it including descriptions on how the components work including valves. I'd had this out of the library in the past but now I've got my own!
