copper clad board materials

CAn someone direct me to a page with pictures or post pictures here that shows what the boards look like that Steve sells at Small Bear?  I don't know which I should purchase.  Either the glass epoxy or Phenolic or Pad-Per-Hole Board (THINK I know what that is).  

Anybody?.....

also, could someone give a suggestion as to what type of drill bit to use on each material?  I am using some material right now but I don't know what it is.  I use a 1/32 " Dremel drill bit.  It's not diamond or carbide or anything but it goes through like butter.  Is this bit ok to use on the glass or phenolic?
