tonepad small stone - LFO not working

Trouble with the LFO. Breadboarded and on PC board, no oscillation. Good CA3080, it works in the audio section. Swapping 2N3906s, no improvement. No phasing, no wave on scope. What could be wrong?

make sure you used the correct transistors in each position, some are pnp some npn. Zoom in on the layout image to see the symbol.
