PIC help needed

I want to build this midi switch:

Problem is, I'm on a Mac and I don't have a programmer to hold the PIC.  I could buy a programmer, serial to USB dongle, and Virtual PC, but at that point I might as well just buy an Axess Electronics product (a good thing by the way).  The 16F84 is a around $7-8 (though I'm in Europe for the moment).

Anyone feel like loading the the program supplied on the jimkin site onto a couple of 16F84's and mailing them to me.  I can do Paypal...
