Looking for a particular standoff

I could have sworn at some point I saw an adhesive nylon standoff with a threaded post and a nylon nut that screwed down on the post.  Has anyone else seen these?  Anyone know where I can get them?

What about the ones with the spear head (diamond head), that you poke through the circuitboard hole.
Those come with an adhesive pad.

Yeah, I use those for effects but this is for mounting a large amplifier fiber board, so I'm wanting something a little more secure, but that also won't cause anything to ground out that touches it.
