in the large lot of parts I got I got a ton of these... when I look up the parts numbers I don't find any data sheets, or internal diagrams... useful at all?

Please excuse my ignorance, but what is a Tetrode MOSFET? Is it one of those ones that doesn't have the body diode internally connected so it has four leads?

must be a dual gate mosfet??
Look at it this way- everyone rags on air guitar here because everyone can play guitar.  If we were on a lawn mower forum, air guitar would be okay and they would ridicule air mowing.

For low noise, high gain controlled
input stages up to 1GHz
 Operating voltage 9V
 Integrated bias network

Looks to me like a VHF amp...

thanks for the info guys... should probably be MY ignorance that should be excused.... just trying to ID the parts I've got...  keep and use the ones I can, and pass the rest on to someone who will use them.

thanks!

Could these be used in the tremolo from Walco?  I would guess you could run them as a cascode device pretty easily.

Nate, these aren't SMD are they?

Mark, nope, standard metal can package, but four legs.. which from has been said here, is probably 2 gates...
