about rebote2 delay

I finished this project yesterday,but it work incorrectly...
When I turn up the volume pot,I got a distortion sound :cry:
I check out my board ,but I cant figure out the problem and I also
change a new PT2399 IC,it sounds the same.... :x

anyone made this stuff can help me?

ps. I can hear the delay signal from my amp,but the signal is serious     distorted.

I haven't built this one but make sure that the resistors in the gain loops of the op are the correct value.
