help with big daddy

My second build is prob. going to be the Big Daddy <http://runoffgroove.com/grace.html>. it says it used a J201, but in the schematic it has an "n" before the jfet. does that change anything? i have no clue, its only my 2nd build, any help would be great

the n means that it needs to be an N channel JFET
not a P channel jfet
