Hi all,
I've been looking for a single channel DMX dimmer that I can add to my color changers. Problem is that everything I find is at least 4 channels. All I want to do is add dimming the my non-dimming DMX color changers so 4 channels is useless. The bulbs in my fixtures are only 15v projector lamps.

Anyone ever run across (or design) a single channel DMX dimmer circuit?

I suppose I could build a DMX > 0-10v multiplexer and use a triac or something to control that to 15v but that seems kind of Rube Goldberg. There's got to be a more direct and elegant solution to this.

I can program my own PIC chips if that's required.
I'm no programmer but I built my own PIC programmer and a Manolator DMX controller.
I can solder & follow directions just fine.  ;)

Any help is appreciated.

Cheers,
- JJ

She was funny like that.
