just built my first project for about 2 years - a rebote 2.5 for a friend who i owed a solid to.
fun to be building again, and it sounds good, except that the damn level drops when you engage the delay! the sound is fine, everything i'd expect to hear, except about 2/3 the volume!
as i say, been out of the game for a long time and if someone could shed any light on this it would be hugely appreciated.
cheers

Is the non delay signal (dry signal) dropped as well, or is it just the delayed signal?

If it's just the delay signal that is too low, try lowering the value of the 33k resistor. This resistor controls the level of the delayed signal IIRC. I have a 10k in there, if you go too low you'll get some hiss.
THERE IS NO SIG.

dry signal is loud and proud, level only drops with the delay on. i'll check that 33k scenario out.
thanks

Check the sticky in the top. "what to do when it doesn't work".
Also use the search function of the forum. This has been up before.
Ps. If the apparent level is 2/3, then the amplitude loss is even bigger... check your soldeing.
