A big Thanks to Aaron and the noobs..
« on: April 05, 2008, 07:26:21 AM »
Hi guys,
Just wanted to give a big thanks to Aaron and all the other contributers for their work on this project.
It has been a good entry level project and the photos were very helpful.
I have just finished all the wiring etc and should be plugging a guitar in tomorrow.
My electrical knowledge was practically non-existent prior to this and i was thinking of trying to build an amp, when I stumbled across this community....thankfully..
I have really enjoyed this new hobby so far and all the "stupid questions" (if there is such a thing) from other newbies really helped as they were usually questions I wanted to ask too.
So thanks everyone..
Steve

PS of course this could just be a big suck up before my next post entitled..."why does my pedal sound like a cow mooing when I strum it" or "why do all the lights in the street go out when I switch my pedal on"

Good news!
It seems to work great, still going to try swapping a few transistors over see how it sounds.
Thanks again everyone
