Recently just finished bsiab2 General guitar gad. set up pcb there schem and layout. Got sound when bypassed nothing when engaged, Measured my trans. in  circuit and got almost all the numbers in the 8.0v. Do i need to just replace these, like an idiot i didnt socket them. Using an audio probe i got sound on q1 and 2 and most components around them but thats it, also no sound on the control pots. I really want this thing to work its my 3 rd build and i really enjoy doing this but this one is breaking me. thanks 23

Not wanting to be a pain but perhaps begin here: http://www.diystompboxes.com/wiki/index.php?title=Debugging
Please post the measured voltages on all "strategic" places.

Oh yes, and this thread:

Could also be the pinout... but if you follow the protocol in the debugging thread you'd find that out anyway.   ;D ;)

Found it, broken trace on the common. Bridged with some solder works great. Gotta say I really like this pedal kinda like a much meaner OCD with more treble. If i knew how to post pics and had a digital camera i would throw some up, ah well maybe one day.
