Signal Splitting Buffer Question

Please share your thoughts with the group...

If you are going to build a splitter for multiple fx chains (not multiple amps)... to do something like JD's Parallelyzer

Let's say that you want to split the guitar signal between 6 outputs.... 1 clean, 1 to tuner, and four that will be switched or mixed at the other end of the chain.

The question:

What are the pros or cons of using one good buffer with multiple outputs (Jack's AMZ Super Buffer)  - or -  multiple buffered outputs (Andrew's Super Y 2).
