OK I'll start...........

This did have a silicon fuzzface in it which I built in september last year - it's now been stripped for parts. It was my first build for a few years and I just needed a quick box.

I can't bring myself to throw it away!

I'd like to thank the academy for this great honor, my mom and dad, home depot for the great enclosure and spray paint, and radio shack for the most excellent switch!

This was a Bazz Fuzz from I think late 2004, paint kind of went wrong but I grew to
like it !!

First pedal?  How about the most recent (completed a couple hours ago):

The extra holes are for increased aerodynamics...

And yes, the whole thing is bolted to that slab of lumber.

Great stompb... well, actually, what is it?  :P

My disasters (I hate my cell phone camera!):

First or second one ever made, was real proud when I finished it. Hand made alu box, made bending sheet into an U and attaching riveted sides to it, screwed bottom. not a single straight edge on sight! Painted (well, more like splashed on) bronze colour. Cheap plastic DPDT. Adhesive labels, none of them aligned by any means. About 20 meters of wire inside. But it worked! Eventually gutted for parts and used as a paint tester. Now it looks like this:

Another early one:

Mosfet booster. Same cheap DPDT. The enclosure came with a textured paint, I sanded it into a "pre stressed" flat look and ironed a laser print on it for labels. Very faint. This one still works! huge pop when switched on, though.
I never reached the cardboard stage in my work... ;D

Now that i think about it, my current work is not that better...hmmm...

my first (well technically second but the first one never made it into a box) diy stompbox
marshall guvnor clone, the pot wiring were all reversed, never got to buy knobs for it, and yes, that is tape holding up the led so that it doesnt go back into the box

Rocket Roll

My first - a Triangle Big Muff. I knew absolutely nothing about nylon spacers, Hammond boxes...

...and I couldn't find a DPDT footswitch, so I used a DPDT "button":

Sounds OK. Cuts in & out sometimes, though. I keep it "as is".

Btw, it's a "no battery, DC adapter only" kind of build.

Most humble apologies.  I guess it's true that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.   ;D
