Easyvibe LFO slowing down and out

My easyvibe is acting weird. The LFO seems nonexistent. When I unplug the power it is normal for a few seconds, but then the LFO starts slowing down, until it's gone.

I guess replacing the LFO opamp is the way to go here...?
