M37470 doubts

Do anyone know if this IC (could be founded in Boss RV-3 or PS-3, I think, and many others) needs to be programmed, like a microcontroller?

The M37470 is a Single-chip 8-bit CMOS microcomputer from Mitsubishi and yes it has to be programmed.

Creo que algunos se conocen, por mi parte, todavia no conocí a ninguno! Ya me haré de tiempo para ver si puedo conocer a alguno, es que no vivimos muy cerca uno de otro!
