The Mid control mod calls for this
Replace C1 with a 22n cap Ive done this
Replace R2 with a 22k to 25k potmeter (wired as a variable resistor) with a 1k resistor wired in series , not sure if ive done this correct .

Any input would be a big help see pic

Thanx

The pot is wired correctly as a variable resistor.

not sure if ive done this correct
Measure across them with 200k setting on DMM.
Values should range between 1k and
1k + whatever the pot actually measures [pot probably measures a bit less than marked value.
Say the pot measures 21.5k, max resistance setting will be 21.5k + 1k = 22.5k.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

Thanx fellows

Measured  across the lugs and got 00.0 when the pot is full left and 23.5 when i turn pot full the other way

Should i be soldering the 1k resistor across the lugs as shown or from green to green  .

Thanx again for your help

No you want to attach the 1K resistor in series...so just to one lug. Where ever the signal is going in you want the 1K resistor in series with it.
