MOScato: new distortion with CD4007 and 2N7000

Hi!

I've been tinkering with this circuit lately, and I really liked it's sound and playability, so I thought I's share it with you guys:

First of all: nice MOS inverter crunch. compressed rock.

Some Tips:
Have you tried switching the 2N7000 clippers off? I have the feeling they would be better on the last stage, not the second last.
Or even try to omit the last stage for more crunchy blues?

Yes, the diodes could be in the last stage, I think that may yield some more distortion. Omitting the last stage, it's ok as long as you have the gain on full. I found this circuit doesn't sound so great with lower gains, to my ears at least.
