To increase the overall output volume,
simply increase the value of R10 from 33k to (almost) anywhere
above that value.
The increase will be roughly 1dB per added 10k of resistance
in series with named 33k.

Due to the true bypass nature of the Pulsar,
of course this will only affect the effect, when ON.

(this is for the "big" mono-version from 2004)

Snuf...:
lift out one end of R10 (after heating the appropriate solder-pad),
and wire an additional (variable) resistor between the lifted end of R10
and the now empty pad.

If you`re not into soldering/modding, have a friend/workshop do this task...
