My drill is up in New York and I'm in South Carolina right now but I really wanna build today, so could I use an Xacto knife like suggested before?

You mixed it all: Xacto knife is for NY and Drill is for South Carolina... :P

Dan
I know, but the pedal i built does not boost...it just increases volume!

Sorry about bringing an old thread back from the dead...but my question applies to this vero layout.

I built it this weekend and was surprised on how much boost/fuzz I had at the max gain setting.
I have so much cream it could actually be passed of as a decent fuzz box.

I went over the board again today and found out I have my c2 in backwards (polarity is in the wrong direction).
Would this be the cause of my boost turning into a fuzz or does it have zero effect on the pedals voice?

Thanks

aron

It does have a lot of fuzz at the max settings. I never put C2 backwards... I'm not sure how the capacitance is affected by this.
