Has anyone had this problem with a neovibe?

Ok heres the deal guys I have a neovibe  pcb from ggg. I got it working again the bulb pulses fine all the knobs are working I added an led and a 3p2d switch I added it just like RG said to. Now wehn I go to test it the led turns on and off but I get no sound thu exept for what sounds like a bird chirping I can change that sound by fiddling with the knobs. I wil take voltages again, I really need to get this working and sent back to the dude that had me do some work on it.

Where did you connect on the PCB the + of the led ? I had a similar problem, when I connected the + of the led in the alimentation stage.
