well, if its dr smith, its gotta be germanium so it can complain when too cold and pass out when too hot. ;)

Yep, that's the other one designed by the same guy (he was a Japanese guy who moved to America).

I suspect he would only be interested in rare NOS germaniums ... something to make money from.   And the Robot would be doing all the dispatch work  ;D.
