How's this look? (Unsoldered board pics)

Sorry I keep posting today, but I wanna do this right.

I was just wondering if this looks OK so far. I wanted to make sure before I soldered. The pic isnt the greatest but it should give a decent idea of if I'm doing OK or not. Also, the Transistor isnt in the socket yet.

It looks pretty darn good except you put the components in from the side of the board without the copper.

Actually it is the right side but the camera didn't pick it up too well.
