Can anyone help me.
Im currently attempting this project and im having problems. When i measure the voltage from my battery its 9.24 volts , it go's down to 8.64v after the 100ohm and then to 0.58v  after the 22kohm resister. Im sure i have the right resistor (red,red,orange color code) and its a brand new battery

Can anyone help

Red red yellow is 220K. Red red orange is 22k.
