Lovely work as usual, Rob.  I like that the headlights actually look like headlights.  :icon_cool:  Unlike most new cars where they're obviously LEDs.  :icon_confused:

I love those small chicken-heads too.  A pal supplied his own when he asked me to make a couple of pedals for him (he kindly left me with a couple spare).

A little channel switch pedal I put together for my second etch project. Artwork is a reworked detail of a Gustave Doré piece from Dante’s Inferno. Made using NaOH.

sanguine distortion From pedalpcb. Again a Gustave Doré artwork done with NaOH. Red clearcoat was done with an airbrush.

Here's one I finished last week (Klone). Direct etch on a 1590B. Unfortunately, I ended up discovering a voltage issue after boxing it up (had no indication of it from testing) and I've since torn it apart trying to solve the problem. But, the etch came out pretty well.

Life pedal clone I made recently. NaOH etch. Artwork is The dragon devouring the companions of Cadmus, 1588 by Hendrick Goltzius.

Wow that is awesome.

Muriatic Acid etches

I made all of these with Muriatic Acid.

I really dig the grittiness but that isn't always the look I'm going for.

As you can see, it's damn aggressive. and kinda scary. Glad I discovered this thread, going to try the Ferric Chloride route.
