OK... SO I have ALL but given up on enclosure painting. In my last ditch efforts I would like to solicit some advice form all of you enclosure painting DIYers.

1) What level do you sand your enclosures to? i.e. 80 grit, 320 grit, etc....
2) What type of paint do you use? I have used Rustoleum, Krylon, etc. None seem to EVER dry completely  :icon_evil:
3) What do you use to clean the boxes of grease, dirt, etc.? I rub with alcohol wipes but sometimes that does not work.
