I don't have any affiliation with Rockby, so please don't think this is advertising! I usually look at their weekend specials as they sell surplus components, but it looks like they're getting out of that now and selling all of their surplus stock even cheaper.  Keep in mind though that they charge $12 shipping

Things I saw that might be interesting for DIY pedal builders:

5VDC Twin coil Bi-Stable Relay would be good for bypassing using a cheaper momentary switch and flipflop circuit - 50c each
9V 150mA Power Transformer would be good for a Spyder type power supply (see geofex.com), they're also 50c each which makes for a cheap isolated power supply with a few extra components if you buy quite a few transformers
PCB Mt Rotary Switch Pot (Plastic Shaft) - 500k

100V 4A Bridge Rectifier - good for spyder type power supply
A couple of brushed aluminium and anodised black aluminium knobs for 25c each which is pretty cheap

Hmmm.. there's more but that's just what caught my attention.  A bunch of resistors and caps but would probably only work out to be worth it if you bought heaps
