It seemed like a good (and fun!) idea to put a delay and a phaser together in one box. So I simply took the tonepad.com layouts for the reboot 2.5 and the EH small stone phaser.

Phaser

I got a large box and build in the effects so there is only one input and output jack. I used a 4P3T switch to do some rerouting so I could route the effects in the following ways:

Phaser first, Rebote second.
Rebote first, Phaser second.
Rebote first, using the loop mod to put the phaser only on the wet signal of the Rebote.

A simple diagram to illustrate these routings:

The loop mod was done by lifting the 33k where it would blend with the dry signal as explained in this thread:

Every setting seems to work fine. But when using this loop mod, engaging and disengaging the phaser causes a loud pop (or thump even). The phaser won't pop in the other settings so I'm pretty sure the pop is has something to do with the loop mod.

I've tried putting pull down resistors here and there but with no real success. (I must admit though I haven't spent much time doing this cause I wan't to keep my wiring/solder job neat). If anyone has any suggestions that might help I would very much appreciate it!

The problem is most probably because there will be 4.5 volts DC where you've lifted the 33k. When you switch the phaser in or out this DC charges up the output cap of the phaser and causes the pops.
I would change it so the loop goes between the wiper of the Level pot and the 1uf resistor after it, that point has no DC voltage on it so you shouldn't get pops.
