Those two **47k resistors above Q2's collector...should those be equal value R's that get the Jfet there working?
 I like the trimpot's technique for collector biasing, but this one puts a new twist on it for me...looks like a divider of sorts for Q3 as well as a bias for Q2...[?]

What did you use above the Q2 collector, indicated by **preceding the two 47k R's?
 Do these two need to be matched and valued to bring Q2 into operational bias...or can I leave the top **47k alone and diddle with the lower one only?> to get 'swing' from Q2?
