I've built this on vero-

everything just like it looks but I get NO audio. I've re-flowed all the solder 2 times, check over the layout and check for continuity where applicable and I've started in on it with an audio prob. Audio makes it to lug 1 of 'intensity pot' and is variable as it should be, I have no audio at lug 3 of that pot. Audio doesn't even make it past the first cap (the one under the first cut-reading left to right).

I know those are way off from where they should be but I can't figure out why!

Going in to both I have 8.95v. At the bottom of the first is .7 and at the bottom of the second .6 (left to right).

PRR

Solder whisker. PCB etching whisker. Bad solder joint. Very low-price (or specialized) needle-meter.
