3 changes 1 Switch how?

I am building a Marshall blues breaker pedal (from GGG) and would like to be able to change from stock to mod in 1 switch.  The mod calls for changing 1 resistor and 2 caps.  What type of toggle switch would I use to do so, if possible?

Assuming you are subing three pairs of components, a 3PDT (3 pole- double throw) would do the trick.
