So I've done this layout a few times, good results. But I'm wondering if there is an easyer way to do it without that( I) shaped pot to pot, then up to Jack to Jack with a ground in the middle? Keep in mind I am a novice so, ya thanks.

I can only speak for myself, but I have no idea what any of this means. Maybe you could rephrase your question, or add a picture or something?

It just means these points connect to ground. How you're gonna achieve this is up to you. Take a look at a couple of vintage MKIIs to see how they did it back in the day. Keep in mind they used shielded wires for inputs and outputs.

Ya my phone won't let me Upload the layout, or any pics. Its on Google search tonebender mk2 81d vertion, oc75, and 2 transistor box layout all have the same wiring.
