should I ground pin 5 when using this chip as a voltage multiplier?

thanks, I was going off your Valvecaster amp as a example and R.G.'s stuff, but the datasheet showed a ground for voltage multiplier..  wanted to make sure a connection to ground of the chip was assumed..

now back to work..  ;D
