The constant lack of communication isn't my responsibility.
I don't think it's good for the forum or for Rick and me to be criticizing each other's integrity publicly. Maybe if he really has been expecting for me to reconsider, he should have tried to contact me again, I tried for months and nothing happened, it's never only one's responsibility. I'm really sorry about all this and, RICK, if you still need a hand contact me and I'll be helping you, I have some time now.

It sounds like there was a breakdown of some kind between you and Rick, and as you alluded, there's no need to hash out how, why or who in public.  My biggest gripe is the prolonged lack of communication to the contestants.  I do sincerely thank you for your apology.

Speaking as an entrant in this competition, I must say that I would like to see some form of closure on this. There are people working on getting this resolved and I am sure it will be done in good time however...

I really don't think we should just "Let it Die." Accountability should be maintained.

No one is slinging mud about it anymore. Some of us would just like to see what our money paid for AND would like to see Urs rewarded for a supreme win!  ;D
