Hi guys,
I've got a mate who has asked me about adding more bass to his Lovepedal Eternity E6.
I'm guessing it's kinda like a Tube Screamer... here's a schem i found, I think it's correct...
I'm guessing that raising the value of the 0.22 cap would add more bass?
Am I on the right track? Thanks!

Yes.  The value shown - 1k and .22uf - give a low-end rolloff starting around 720hz, which is pretty much the same as a Tube Screamer.

The traditional formula Freq = 1 / (2 * pi * R * C) is your friend.  1/(6.28*.001M * .22Uf) = 720 (roughly)

Raise the cap to .47 and F is around 340hz.  Raise it to .68uf and the rolloff starts around 230hz.

Though the schematic shows .055uf as the input cap, I dare you to find one.  Use .1uf and you'll be fine.
