Hello,
I've build an Axis wah (http://fuzzcentral.ssguitar.com/axiswah.php)  and I would like to bias it to get the best sound. Can anyone explain to me how is this done or give me any guides on how to do it?

before you build any pedal, it's a good idea to find voltages from a working one. on quick search, I found this:

but you should be able to find other threads...or even better, someone who built it might be cool enough to post theirs

Read the technology of the wah article at GEO. There is no fixed rule for "best sound bias" in wahs - just good practice. There's nothing holding you back from replacing a resistor with a pot and tinkering - let us know what you come up with!

The schematic already offers voltages but I read in several threads that the bias should be tweaked for the best sound (BTW it is working already). Also I changed the resistor to pots. I'll reread the technology of the wah but I think they only say what the point supposed to be and not what to do to bias the exact wah.
