How to cut the PCB's?

Tile cutter, like others have said.  There's a reservoir on mine that you fill with water (for cooling the diamond blade), so there's no issue with inhaling glass-powder dust.
...you fritter and waste the hours in an off-hand way...

Usually a Dremel cutoff wheel, but sometimes I get a decent cut by just slowly nipping with a pair of wire cutters.  When I use the Dremel, I clamp the PCB to a thin piece of plywood which is clamped to my work bench.  The PCB extends past the edge of the plywood so I only cut the PCB. I do this outside with a fan blowing across the work and I wear a face shield.  There's nothing like having a piece of broken cutoff wheel embedded in your neck or eye! :o

They work ok if you flip them over and use them like a table saw  :icon_biggrin: :icon_eek:

I was using one of those for a while but I kept on getting FR4 everywhere. Works great for tight corners and neat edges, just keep your pets away from it.

Why should you not have 90o angles? Do the electrons bunch up in the corners?
