Help with dpdt wiring

Hello guys, I'm trying to make my first guitar pedal with my friend but we got a small problem. We basically did all work, and only thing that we miss is SWITCH. On our shematic there is 3PDT switch, but we got DPDT switch instead because there is no available 3PDT switches in our town. I was searching for the answer and now I think I know how to wire it but only problem is that I DON'T KNOW where is INPUT and OUTPUT on my PCB. Second problem is that this shematic is different then others, because sleeve is not connected to DC jack, DC jack pin which was in all shematic that I saw when I was trying to solve this problem, that pin is connected to sleeve of input and output jacks and it's grounded, but in my case, that pin is connected to 9 V on my PCB. I hope you understand my problem and you can help me

OUTPUT is lug 2 of your volume pot.

Also, you may already know this, but for a DPDT, just omit the LED and the connections on the middle set of contacts (top to bottom as shown).  Just pretend that the outer two sets of contacts on the 3PDT are the two sets on the DPDT.

As for the wiring the power, I could be wrong, but your circuit could be positive ground (due to the PNP transistors). See this article:
