Does anyone have the schematic for an Arion SAD -1, or even better, a clone that they would sell to me for cheap (shipping to the UK)

I would also look at any decent longish (150 - 400ms) delay to build

I have a SAD-1. It's a decent sounding pedal, but I do not think it is a DIY-friendly project. There are a lot chips and components on it, and many of those chips probably aren't available anymore. The other thing about that circuit, is that it eats batteries very quickly - about 6 to 8 hours of playing and the battery is about shot.

I would try to get one off of ebay and use an adapter with it. That's what I did. I had one in the late 80's and got rid of it in the early 90's. Then, recently, I wanted one again... the one I got is practically in mint condition.

i got a analog delay of that nature for sale or trade, but i dont' knwo waht happened to the add.  you can see a pic here htough.

Paul - thanks for your comments and I will bear that in mind,  I would love to buy an SAD - 1 but they can no longer be bought new in the uk I can only get the SAD - 3 which has a much shorter delay time.  I also have problems finding them on the UK EBAY.

Ansil - I can't use that link to see the pictures,  I don't know why, What make is the Pedal,  How old is it, do you have all the box and papers and how much do you want for it (including shipping to the UK).
