Based on some earlier discussions I have put together a proposed schematic idea using the Dr. Quack as a base and adding Harry Bissell's Env follower replacing the stock Dr. Quack one.

Would this idea work. I am willing to make a layout for this animal if I can get some help w/ determining what changes need to be made to use Bissell's follower.

Any thoughts or ideas.  Obviously it would work off +-9V instead of the +-12 marked on the schematic.

Here is a link to the schematic: http://www.ustomp.com/files/fd36fd52-0000-00fa-6911-a8c5c0a80005.gif

to me it looks like the 2 diodes plus resistors plus voltage-follower to the right of H.B.`s E.-F. will load that added capacitor, and it will never in time be discharged through the op-amps high input-impedance;
so the voltage(-s) will add up, and the filter run to hi-freq. and stay there...
IIRC, H.B.`s circuit as is already gives you the CV you need (?)
